A flat shipping fee of £9.50 applies to all orders below £50. Estimated delivery time: 2–17 business days This service includes full end-to-end tracking. As soon as your order is packed and dispatched from our store, you will receive a unique tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your parcel’s progress at any time.

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders totalling £50 or more. Estimated delivery time: 3–25 business days This service is also fully tracked, so you can monitor your package from our warehouse straight to your door.

All delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date you place your order. They exclude weekends and public holidays in both the United Kingdom and your destination country.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees or other local charges upon entry to your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of your order or the shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office in advance to understand any applicable rules, regulations or potential fees for importing physical music products.

Every record and music item is carefully packed using industry-standard protective materials, including rigid mailers, anti-static sleeves and extra padding, to prevent damage during transit. We take great care to ensure your collection arrives in the best possible condition.
